Metal box with tape wrapped around it that is unsightly and dangerous.

I’m not sure what it’s purpose used to be but it looks like just an empty metal box probably had something to do with the internet has come loose and is no longer attached to the ground.

I think some drunken people must have pushed it over because we saw it on it’s side blocking the pavement, and we were also worried as this could damage our fence which is beside it. Someone must have put it back where it was previously but it’s not secure and it just needs removing for safety as it is no longer being used for anything it appears.

  • Nothing seems to have been done except some bright orange barriers around it blocking the pavement even more.
