Vehicle tied to lamppost with wire that then is secured to a house since Wednesday. It is blocking some of the path and road and parked so close to the corner of the road, which is on a busy junction including bus route
Seems odd that there is wire attached to the back of the lorry that then is cable tied and wrapped around the lamppost that then leads to a house on the corner of the road.
