Leak in guttering when it rains

At the front of the bus stop there is a gap in the guttering and water pours through when it rains - you can see this starting in photo with only a little rain. I reported it months ago, when the busstop was new, but I haven't used the bus stop in the rain since then.. It was,an installation fault, so the installer should correct for free! Jarratts Road north bus stop.
