Uneven pavements on both sides of Virginia Way - full road

The state of the pavements around Virginia Way & Coromandel is unacceptable. It is a uneven mess of patchwork tarmac. Both my children and elderly living in the area have obtained injuries due to the pavement state. The recent gas works haven't improved the situation. I expect the council to resurface the full estate pavements like it did with neighbouring estates. If not, I shall seek legal advice as well as contact local MP Layla Moran to escalate the state of what this council deems save public footpaths/ pavement.
