  • Bromley has the powers to deal with abandoned or untaxed vehicles only. Insurance, MOT and obstruction issues should be directed to the Police as we do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence. Please note the Police are unlikely to act unless the vehicle is being actively driven without an MOT or Insurance. To ensure that the correct vehicle is investigated and allow us to undertake the appropriate checks please provide details of the vehicle's registration and make as we are unable to proceed without this information
