Road broken / damaged

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6750717.

There appears to be a large concrete slab (which is part of the old road) that has cracked and broken and is poking upwards. There appears to be a hole below the broken slab - but I’m unable to see how deep it is. But I’d suggest it urgently needs repair - it seems incredible dangerous
