Light is too bright

This streetlight is a very bright white light unlike others in the road which are a softer yellow. It is shining into bedroom windows and disturbing sleep.

    Photo above shows soft glow of rest of street lights compared to the bright glow of an inappropriate bulb used in light outside number 15. It is so bright that it is painful to look at directly and is bleeding considerable light into our bedroom and disturbing our sleep.
