2 street lights not working

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6749178.

There are 2 street lights out on this bit of path near the green space, neither of them have any reference numbers on them so I can't tell which authority to contact. I think they are old style lights rather than LED if that helps
