Cracked pavements from vans parking on the pavement

Behind 4, 5 and 6 victoria way rg13hd people in vans park on the pavement and have cracked the pavement slabs from the weight of the vans and this is a danger to people with mobility and sight issues., blocks pavements for wheelchair users and damages peoples property and fences. Please put bollards on the pavement to prevent this type of illegal parking and fix the cracked paving slabs.
