Exceptional amount of leaves

Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6748219.

For past 2 months leaves fallen from tree, road sweeper keeps promising to come back but fails to clean leaves up, approx 6 people have slipped including myself on these leaves, can someone please help in this urgent , dangerous matter please !!!
