Daily fires and blocking the pavement.

The garage in Abingdon Road has taken over the street for their work. Cars block pavements, cones and barriers get put up, mechanical work is undergoing daily on the pavement. Noxious substances are being burned daily on the pavement against wooden door. This is unacceptable.
