Plaster detritus

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6746766.

This vehicle, black transit size van, reg: BF15MXH was parked here this am. They'd previously been parked further down the hill.

Whilst up here, the driver and passenger proceeded to clean out the van. The net effect is a pile of plaster rubbish on the pavement.

This area has deteriorated 100% in the last year.

I hope you trace them and fine them for the clean up job.
