Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6746361.

Delivery cars for takeaway shops parking on double yellow lines all the way up to the lights. This is an accident waiting to happen as no space for vehicles to get in and stop when lights are red and large vehicles come around the corner.
