SKVP running blocking the pavement.

The SKVP restaurant in Kings Road has installed a roller shutter without planning permission. This blocks the front of their restaurant and forces them to block the pavement with their rubbish awaiting collection. I can’t count how many times I have found the pavement block by their inconsiderate practices.
