Loud quad/motorbikes in social and unsocial hours on public and private land

Most days there's the loud thunder of the very loud exhaust from what seems like a convoy of quad and/or motorbikes. Noise is very loud especially after 11pm. They also seem to drive, very fast and loud, along the thames path and tear through the private land of amsterdam road development. Been going on for at least a year though they no tear down manchester road they choose this thames path/amsterdam road route - possible they were told of complaint from there so just your typical bullying I guess. i think a councilman was assaulted by these or similar types (i.e anti social bully boys) sometime over the past year. This is an assault or an accident waiting to happen.
