Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 674407.

We have a lot of quarry lorries using this road - its not wide enough and when 2 lorries are trying to pass each other - they tend to go right into the banks - dislodging branches and getting hooked up onto the trees bringing broken branches with them. The lower hatfield Road has been bad for a long time - the hedging isnt cut back and is very overgrown.

I have been told that the trees are highways responsibility not the county councils!!!
