Second time wheelie bin been emptied on Grass area leading to factories on Caxton Way. Area marked as second belt on map.

Sent to Breckland District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 674182.

Second time this has happened. Have found a letter inside rubbish with address on it of 172 canons Walk Thetford. have reported this to Breckland Council and they will pass on to serco. Breckland have informed me that they do not have an enforcement officer at the moment. So advised me to call the Police. Not happy that the council asking members of the public to do their job.
