Overflowing bins

104 Kingsley Park Terrace, next door to Tesco. The blue bin was put out for last Monday (4th) but not emptied, last weekend it was joined with the other 2, along with the overflow. The bins and rubbish was first reported in Sept, Ref: 6486902, in the photos of that report one can see its the same rubbish, when it was all contained within the front garden, having been left by the previous tenants and landlord clear out. It sat in the garden all this time. There is still bits in the garden.
