Not a bollard light, as no category, but ... Badly illuminated pelican crossing, High St, Penge between jcts of Oakfield Rd and Kingswood Rd.

Not a bollard light, as no category, but ... Badly illuminated pelican crossing, High St, Penge between jcts of Oakfield Rd and Kingswood Rd. The nearest street lamps are highly directional to below them and cast little or no light here. There happens to be a high level traffic signals repeater above the carriageway. There is no street lamp on it. There are no spot lamps on the pavement signals. This crossing is very dim on a busy A road. Please improve the illumination substantially in the interests of pedestrian safety.
