  • I need this sorted urgently!!! Blue cardboard bin shared between 4 flats is now overflowing, needs to be collected!

  • Oh, it has been, but im getting NO response, zero, and I already submitted it as a missed collection and they were supposed to come and collect last week. There has been ZERO communication since!

  • I have, as stated above, but not getting any response back; also have made a complaint and no response about that either, so I have no option but to keep raising it here until something is done about it, if still nothing is done next step is the ombudsman as im fed up of paying for a service that im not receiving.
