Fly Tip - A dustbin full of rubbish incl paint tins etc -

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6727830.

On the pavement next to the park railings, opposite number 12 South Hill Road. This bin full of rubbish has be left on the public pavement next to the park . I assume by some antisocial fly tipper who lives elsewhere.
