Yellow Barriers

My neighbour had their kerb dropped. The work was completed by 7 November. The contractors left behind some yellow barriers which were piled up on the pavement. Someone has stacked the barriers against the fence and the fence has been broken. I'm not sure why the contractors left behind the barriers. • What action (if any) would you like us to take? Can you please arrange for the barriers to be removed so that there is no further damage to my fence.
