Traffic cones left by contractors working in the road recently

Recently we had Rainey contractors doing highway line painting work and Openreach were here digging up the pavement in various places-not sure which contractors left them but some cones have been left/dumped on the pavement -by a tree outside No. 35 Wiverton Rod. Can these please be removed.
