Ex works dirt , mud and sand

Hi, we have had work done to replace the gas mains on Wilton Place Cadent. The state of the road is terrible with mud everywhere and general dirt on pavements etc. A SCC inspector said it needed cleaning but we have had is a drain cleaning lorry which created more mud and dirt around the drains. The work was completed 3 weeks ago and the issue becomes more invasive as cars carry it into driveways and the it is constantly trodden int to houses.
