  Sunken drain in the carriageway a danger to cyclists or mopeds. As its on the driving line. It's getting worse and could well lead to an accident or injury claim.

  Just to confirm this is Bus Stop U. See attached for confirmation of location. There are 4 road defects needing attending to. This has been escalated to TfL as requiring urgent attention.

  To remove any confusion there are in fact five road defects that need attention here please. 1. Splodge of tarmac as a temporary repair measure. 2. Badly sunken drain. 3. Two road defects near the sunken drain. 4. Separate larger road defect nearby.

• In acknowledgement that there are a number of outstanding remedial repairs on the network our Contractor has taken action to carry out temporary ‘make safes’ to keep the network safe while they continue to programme the permanent remedial repairs. These will be revisited for permanent standard repair.
