Cats litter tray

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6723195.

All the leaves from council trees are gathering on the pavement and it is becoming a biohazard. Cats are using the leaves as litter trays and then people are stepping in it whilst getting out of their cars.

Can you send a street/road sweeper to remove the leaves to stop this happening.
