Loose drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6722988.

Loose drain cover- a long gulley drain on the edge of the Waitrose car park near to WHSmiths. Been reported many times but no one is taking responsibility. Apparently it is not SODC, we think it belongs to Waitrose but they are also denying its theirs. Someone must know who is responsible for this. it needs attention, and it gets blocked easily.
