Wrong use of Cycle Stand by Local Shop

Bristol encourages cycling and installs cycle hoops for safely locking cycles up whilst the cyclist goes shopping or whatever. (See Photograph) the Newsagent in Thomas Street is using a cycle hoop to safely lock his newspaper storage bin too.

Almost 1 month on and the shop keeper is still using the cycle stand

Yesterday (Sunday) went past the shop and the large bin is still chained to the cycle stand, this is in a supposed cycle friendly City
