Cycle path overgrown

The shared footpath/cyclepath is really overgrown and difficult to use. Note the sign in the photo which should be on the edge of the path, now hidden in the vegetation and the dangerous fallen tree protruding out into the path - someone will cycle into this soon and lose an eye! Please clear as this path is frequently used for people to cycle and walk into Witney from Minster Lovell
