Urgent maintenance needed to Woodgreen public walkway

The public walkway has not been maintained for over ten years. It is in need of urgent repair as there are several potholes which risk pedestrians tripping up. There is also an exposed pipe visible in one of the potholes. I have attached photographs which show the poor condition of the public walkway.

I have raised the issue with West Oxfordshire Council who referred me to Oxfordshire Highways. However, Oxfordshire Highways have confirmed that they are not responsible for the maintenance of this public walkway.

However, Oxfordshire Highways mapping shows it as adopted.
