A Blocked Drain / Gully problem has been found by Oxfordshire County Council - the gullies have visible water near the top, despite 2-3 weeks of no rain.

There are several gullies in this area and caller says the water is 40-50cm higher than it should be, even though there's no water on road yet. One bout of rain will cause flooding - last jetted almost four years ago.
