There is a broken drain cover located in the middle of the road, and it has been causing a significant disturbance for well over a year now.

Whenever vehicles pass over it, the noise is extremely loud and jarring, and it has become a constant issue at all hours of the day and night. The sound is loud enough to disrupt sleep and has been a source of considerable disturbance for myself, my family, and other residents in the area. This issue is now impacting the quality of life in the neighborhood.
