Illegal parking

The two properties on either side of me are HMO’s, unfortunately there is only one parking space each for both properties but all the tenants have cars leading to a pile up, especially at night, at times my driveway is blocked and on a few occasions a car has parked so close to my gate making it incredibly difficult to use the pavement at all. It is becoming a real problem on this street. Also the driveway for one of these properties is illegal, no dropped curb but cars are continuously being mounted up onto the front lawn.
