This has been an ongoing problem for months now someone is discarding food waste on a regular basis encouraging vermin and all sorts of problems in photo 1 this has been there for 3 days, photo 2 was put there this morning prior to 9a.m, photo 3 shows the close proximity to the camera which means you should have no problem identifying the culprit and getting a stop to it the fact it was before 9am gives you a timescale to work with, this is disgusting and I want a stop put to it before there are more rats than people here
