Large piece of insulation plus abandoned table

A large piece of rigid insulation board fell off a passing vehicle last week, and is now on the verge outside our house. It is too large to fit into our domestic bin, and may also be rejected due to being ‘construction waste’.
Also further down the road (towards town on same side) is a long abandoned metal and glass garden table on the verge, presumably put there many months ago hoping someone would take it.
Please can these be taken away?
