Pavement wrecked by construction work
Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 10:53, Sun 10 November 2024
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6714200.
Pavement severely damaged by work at site at junction Barfield Rd / Blackbrook Lane.
Assume cost of reinstatement can be passed to builder not council tax payer. Could you not get a s278 to cover this sort of repair?

NOT FIXED. Serious trip hazards all the way round the site, particularly Blackbrook Lane site.
Over 1 month now since reported and it's still in a dangerous condition.

I do not see why we need to put up with this. They Construction of the new houses should not put us at risk. My parents nearly fell over the other day and this is not excitable!
