Railing dangerous condition

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6712452.

After a recent traffic accident a railing on the bend was damaged . One of the posts got ripped out when the car ran off the road , this has now left the horizontal railing sticking out precariously. If a vehicle or motor bike was to collide with this one would quit easily be impaled on it .
