I am really fed up of people dumping rubbish opposite my house instead of using the communal bins these bins are not working they were emptied yesterday the 8th November I got up this morning and the rubbish has been dumped as shown on my photos today the 9th November please do something to help us it’s making me depressed having to look at all that mess please consider my plea to have these communal bins removed from opposite my house thank you
