Why Close Without Response. Fix My Case Ref: 6701517.

You have closed the case with even responding. Sorry that is ver poor customer service. Fix My Case Ref: 6701517.

Please see the request again. A couple of questions regarding the bushes area as it’s your responsibility over truding from the min road: 1). Can I now ask on the bushes overgrowth will you be cutting it further back and do you have plans to complete this yearly. 2). Where the bushes are currently, they are damaging our fence line and pushing the fence over. As you stated the bushes are the City Councils responsibility, so I would assume this reflects onto the damaged fence. I am happy for you to attend my property to look at the fence line at the rear of my property and if you wanted to repair it that would be fantastic. It will only get worse the longer it’s left with out some kind of re-enforcement. The bushes are pushing it down. You would need to possibly observe/repair the fence through my rear garden access. The best solution overall would be the removal of the bushes from the rear of my property that backs onto Queens Road up to the fence border line as we would not have any concerns moving forward.
