This bottomless dustbin has been up and down the pavement for months now, gets knocked down and is danger to pedestrians and cars if it was to end up in the road.

Hello I know you’re hugely busy but thought I’d update as it was a week ago when I reported the bottomless dustbin between 24 and 26 Seymour Villas after being moved up and down the road for a couple of months now and it has been knocked down recently and could end up in the road.
