Not sure what's going on on this estate but it seems to be very badly managed and their residents are dumping rubbish all over the place and on adjoining estates. It's horrific and is causing problems all over the surrounding area.

FMS doesn't deal with ASB, only clearing up after specific instances, and doesn't cover social landlords.
