Overflowing rubbish bin

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6708812.

General rubbish bin overflowing with dog waste bags and rubbish sitting on the floor next to it. All the general rubbish bins on this estate need emptying as they are all overflowing with dog waste bags. There is a need for new dog waste bags to be situated as a popular dog walking area. Health and safety concerns for children on playing areas and residential areas. Need emptying on a weekly rota.
