Parked on double yellows Outside 75 Ridgway Road the owner of this vehicle is charging their vehicle unsafely every night. They are running a cable through the letter box of 71 Ridgway Rd where they reside and running across the pavement with no thought that it is a tripping hazard to plug into the car pictured. There has been several power cuts on Ridgway Road lately and it could be argued by charging his car via a 13 amp plug the mains are over loading
