Ref3467439 2 years have elapsed. Tree is dead in spite of the fact that your dept declared it fit and well in 2022. Branch fell into the road after the grass cutter bashed it yet again a few weeks ago.. Could cause a serious car accident or kill a dog walker on the path. Tree has not flowered since 2021 and continuous bashing by commercial lawn mowing has weakened it even more. We have lived with the dead tree for two years hoping your department’s diagnosis was valid but it was certainly not correct! Dog walkers and local residents have commented that the tree trunk is a total eye-sore which it is! Would you please remove the trunk for safety’s sake a.s.a.p
