Every day a different car parks where they shouldn't..

Not only is there no parking between 4-6 PM here, it is also a bus stopping route. Older people who use it can't access or even put their hands out for the busses because people stop there to use the shops. They often also leave their cars running whilst they're in the shop. It has been happening for years on Shirley street Leicester LE4 5LG with no repercussions so they continue to do it again and again.

The whole area is lawless. No police enforcement or council enforcement of illegal parking, running red lights, sitting in cross hatch boxes, parking on pavements, littering, fly tipping, let fireworks off through out the day and all night in the streets and on parks. Shops and vans parked up all over selling illegal items or fake designer wear. Events and festivals blocking roads and streets without any notification to residents, health and safety on parks not followed with vehicles driving dangerously across green space endangering pedestrians and no council or police even on site. The daily fines for all these crimes could fund full time parking wardens and police officers. You can’t report any issues as the council don’t pick to the phone and police don’t pick up when you ring. If you report online they ignore you or send sarcastic responses. Shame on the council and police for letting Belgrave and Rushey Mead be turned into such a place.

This still continues to be an issue, everyday this happens and I've not seen anymore enforcement.
