Trees, bushes are covering street light.

Main issue is the trees, shrubs are covering the street light beside the road. I have taken the photo from the road looking up toward the street light. As you can see from the 1st two photos it has been a steady growth for past few months. We also wanted to report that the trees beside the footpath are starting to over hang and be very near to touching house number 9 in particular and nearly 10. This is the 3rd photo. Thank you
