Always problem's parking 19 hawthorne st le3 multiple occupancy don't know if they've had per mission ally gateway left open people dumping rubbish bins left next to gateway I'm a pensioner and struggling to get my bin outside of gate the lock on this gate is broken and has been reported to a few times
