Tree outside Scout hut, overgrown at ground height

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6702386.
This tree spouts also from ground height and is now causing an obstuction on the pavement, the offshoots are at face height and need cutting down on a regular basis a few times per year,
