Burn debri

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6700462.

Due to the lack of health/safety from BCC the huge amounts of illegal commercial/domestic waste they never cleared was burnt. Now there's another health/safety issue left over in the form of stinking black burnt residue that needs to be cleared -- but we guess it'll be january 2025 before it's cleared like last year too.
