Loose man hole cover on Spark Lane heading towards Congleton direction. Reported a few weeks ago, email response to say that this was not the council's responsibility but someone would inform the responsible company. This still hadn't been repaired and the noise is increasing the cover is very loose and looks like it may flip up especially with all the lorries passing over it. Please can thus be sorted out as this is a constant noise day and night.
